We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any far more. He stated he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a huge quantity of money out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have one more woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just after he had left our client.
We had been able to provide our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
